There are 2 people in the screen, your enemy on the left and you on the right, there is a purple vs sign in the middle of the screen. Both of you have 20 scores, press go, game will start. You hit your enemy by pressing click with the left mouse key, you reduce one score if you punch your opponent once, if your scores reduce to zero first which mean you hit him more times, you will win. If you lose, hit click, the game will start again.
